Into the Lab 🧪

30 24 7 1 1

Rewardly Labs opens its doors. Version 5.0.0 (beta) adds a beta program where you test features on your real account before they launch, starting with provably fair raffles, and the whole of Rewardly in twenty-four languages, shop item names, search, emoji and store badges included. Around them, notifications show who they are about and every email was redesigned, you can block anyone who bothers you, Team Fortress 2, Dota 2 and Rust items show their rarity colours, and 42 smaller changes sit underneath.

Rewardly Labs, Our Beta Program

Before a feature launches for everyone, a small group of members now gets it early. Join from the new Labs page or accept an invitation, agree to the tester terms, and switch any feature in testing on or off with one toggle. Everything runs on your real account, not a sandbox, and the page shows how many testers each feature has and how many bug reports it received. Your overview tells you when you qualify, when you are invited, and when the terms change.

At launch, Labs is open to members who meet all three requirements: an account at least 14 days old, level 15 or higher, and 5,000 coins earned in total. Meet them and you are in on the spot, with no review and no waiting list. The bar is set to evolve as the program grows: the requirements may loosen or go away entirely in a later release, and the Labs page always shows the current ones with your progress toward each.

Every feature you test carries a feedback form: a rating, what kind of feedback it is, and as much detail as you want, all of it editable later. Notifications tell you when a new feature opens, when the tester terms change, or when your Labs access changes. A tester whose feedback helps can receive the Crazy Scientist badge, coins, or both, with a notification and a Labs Reward line in your transactions. Testing is never compulsory: no quota, no deadline, and nothing lost by a quiet month.

The first feature open to testers is a rebuilt raffle page. Pick your seats on the board or let us pick, and watch your odds update as the room fills. The seed behind each draw is committed before the first ticket sells, the winning number comes from a signed RANDOM.ORG request, and once every seat is sold nothing can change your odds. Every draw can be checked afterwards: verify the RANDOM.ORG signature, copy the ledger, and confirm the winning seat yourself. Testers also choose the draw animation and the page layout, and a prize that cannot be delivered, or is not claimed in time, is credited to your balance in coins.

Three pieces of the Labs page stacked, with the Labs flask tilted in the corner: the Meet these requirements card with a progress bar per requirement, the Raffles card switched on with its tester count, average rating and bug reports beside the Open feature, Give feedback and Report a bug buttons, and the feedback dialog filled in with four stars, the Idea kind and a comment above the Send feedback button

Smarter Notifications & New Emails

A notification about another person now shows that person's profile picture, level, and XP ring, with their name highlighted: a friend request, an accepted one, a referral, or a message. When a friend signs up with your referral link or code, you are told at once, with the reward unlocking on their first order. And a push notification now closes on all your devices once you have read the chat, opened the notifications page or dropdown, or tapped it on any of them.

Every email was redesigned with a clearer layout, the order number in the subject, the social links and store badge in the footer, and a dark theme that matches the app. The moments that had no email now have one: the order receipt, a cancellation, a delayed order, a raffle win and its claim reminder, a refunded raffle, and a restored account.

Three notification cards stacked over the redesigned order receipt email: the first from a friend who accepted a request, showing that friend's picture, level and XP ring, then a Labs feedback reward and a raffle win, with the receipt's item table, coupon and totals visible beneath

Rewardly in 24 Languages

Rewardly now speaks English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese, Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Finnish, Norwegian, Thai, Bulgarian, and Greek. Every page is translated, the public pages included, and each script gets a typeface that renders it properly.

The translation reaches past the interface text. Shop item names and descriptions appear in your language across the shop, item pages, cart, and orders, and the search bar finds items by those names. The emoji picker finds an emoji by what it is called where you live. Gift cards carry country names in your language in their titles, descriptions, and Region detail, and the shop's region filter searches by the translated name too. A shared link to the site or to a changelog release shows its preview card in that language, the store badges, banners, and screenshots in the press kit come in every language, and the language picker now switches all of it at once, search results, emoji, and shop items included. Offers from partners still arrive in the language the partner wrote them in.

Block Users, From Anywhere

Block someone from their profile, a friend request, a direct message, or the global chat. A blocked user can no longer see, comment on, or react to your posts, send you friend requests, or message you, and their global chat messages are hidden from you. Blocking a friend removes the friendship and deletes your conversation, and a pending request between you is cancelled.

A new Blocked Users list in your Privacy settings shows everyone you have blocked, with an Unblock button beside each name, so a block is never a one-way door.

The Block confirmation over a dimmed profile: four bullets saying they will no longer see, comment on or react to your posts, send friend requests or message you, that their global chat messages will be hidden, and that you can unblock them from your Privacy settings, above the Cancel and Block buttons, with the blocked user's row from the Privacy settings and its Unblock button floating beneath

Rarity Colours on Every Item

Team Fortress 2, Dota 2, and Rust items now carry a colour tab for their grade or rarity everywhere their art appears: the shop, item pages, raffles, case openings, case history, the cart, and search results. Strange and Unusual war paints and Dota 2 qualities show over their grade or rarity, and Counter-Strike 2 cases got a tab of their own, so every game's items read at a glance the way Counter-Strike 2 skins already did.

An Unusual Team Fortress 2 war paint's shop card with a magnifier over the colour tab at its top, showing the purple Unusual half and the red Elite grade half, and three smaller cards beneath it for a Dota 2 Arcana, a Rust grenade and a Counter-Strike 2 case, each with its own tab

  • A Report a bug dialog: in the main menu. Say what happened, what you expected, and how to reproduce it, attach up to three screenshots by capturing your screen, selecting an area and circling the problem, or by uploading an image, and see exactly which device details travel with the report.
  • A bug bounty: a report that helps fix something can earn coins, with a notification and a Bug Reward line in your transactions.
  • Dictation in Labs: speak into the feedback and bug report forms instead of typing, with a live level meter while you talk.
  • Sign in with Apple: as a login, registration, and account-linking option.
  • Provider names in offer search: typing a provider's name finds its offers.
  • A referral code field at sign-up: optional, on the profile step, checked while you type, for friends whose link did not carry over from an in-app browser, a shared code, or an app install.
  • About Me on phones and tablets: bio, birthday, website, join date, and mutual friends now show in the profile header, where they were hidden before.
  • Doppler phases: a Counter-Strike 2 Doppler item shows its phase on the item page and on each of its variants, with the phases in stock listed first.
  • A swipe hint on phones: a short animation shows you can swipe from the left edge to open the menu, shown at most twice and never again once you have used the swipe.
  • A "Before you report" check: reporting an offer as not working or not paid first shows your task progress, the provider's support page, and a shortcut to your Transactions.
  • A rating invitation on Google Play: after your first order, the Play app shows a notice inviting you to rate it on Google Play.
  • Every language on the sitemap page: a band of the 24 languages, each linking to the sitemap in that language.
  • TikTok: joined the social links across the site and the socials card on your overview.

  • Your store's sign-in first: when Rewardly is installed from the App Store, Google Play, or the Microsoft Store, the matching sign-in option moves to the top of the login, registration, and connections pages.
  • Steam sign-in without popups: signing in or linking with Steam now continues on the same page in browsers and apps that block popups.
  • One search result per item: the search bar shows one row per item instead of one for each wear or gift-card amount.
  • Popular items first: item search results rank the most popular items first when several match.
  • Featured offers first: offer search results show featured offers at the top.
  • Country and language pickers: in your account settings, names now appear in your language, sorted accordingly.
  • Short country names: English country names use their standard short forms, such as "United States" and "Czechia".
  • Last-touch referrals: the most recent referral link your friend opens is the one that counts, for 30 days from that click.
  • Referrals on the store badges: the Google Play badge and the QR code on the Apps page carry your referral, so an install started from your link still counts, and Android visitors now see the Play badge on the home page.
  • No referrals from private accounts: a private account's code is treated as unknown at sign-up.
  • The referral cookie: listed in the cookie preferences and the Cookie Policy.
  • Friend request spam: sending another request to the same person now has a waiting period, and a cancelled or declined request no longer leaves a notification behind.
  • Tighter forms: the fields on the Account Information, Edit Profile, and Security forms sit closer, so each form reads as one group and needs less scrolling on phones.
  • Keyboard and screen readers: the shop filters, account settings, mobile menu, header panels, and bug report tool work better with a keyboard and screen readers: arrow-key navigation, focus that stays where it should, and Escape to close.
  • Chat actions on phones: tap a chat message to reveal its actions; your own messages no longer show the hover bar, and Mention moved into the row menu.
  • Confirmation dialogs: list what will happen as bullets before you confirm.
  • Cart rows: animate in and out as you add or remove an item.
  • Trade offer ETA: an order with a sent Steam trade offer shows the offer's accept window as its estimated delivery.
  • The chargeback notice: rewritten, with its own wording for a survey chargeback, and the transaction ID's copy button now sits beside the ID.
  • Changelog pages: load with their content already rendered, so link previews and feed readers read the release itself.
Fixed 7
  • Gift card labels: Platform, Region, and Value on gift card pages showed in English in every language.
  • Email issues: refund emails skipped on large raffle cancellations, the missing staff note on ban notices, special characters in names and item titles, and a dead Steam trade offer link.
  • Screen reader announcements: went silent after a visit to account settings, and the hover reactions menu took focus away from the message you were writing.
  • Sign-in forms staying disabled: after a sign-in with Google, email, or Steam was sent back to the same page.
  • Header search: stayed unavailable for the rest of the session after one failed load, and clicking a result sometimes did nothing.
  • Leaderboard dialogs: stayed open when a ranked player's avatar took you to their profile.
  • Small interface issues: the emoji picker opening an empty box, the offer QR code overlay closing the whole offer, the shop filters divider stopping short, and the poll choice counter wrapping onto its own line.
Optimized 1
  • Header search: reuses results for a repeated search instead of fetching them again.
Security 1
  • Cleaner shop item descriptions: text added by Steam owners is removed, only basic formatting and Valve's images are kept, unsafe links show as plain text, and a Dota 2 player card is laid out as Valve does.

Labs runs on your real account

A feature in testing spends real coins exactly as the standard version would: a raffle seat bought in Labs is a real seat. Every price and payout is still read and checked on our servers, so a beta cannot invent a charge, and if a bug ever costs you something, say so in your feedback and we will look at it. What you test stays inside Rewardly until it launches: no screenshots, video or write-ups elsewhere.

Come test with us 🧪

Open the Labs page, join or accept your invitation, and switch on the raffles. Tell us what you think from the feedback form, report what breaks from the Report a bug entry in the menu, and reach us at [email protected] or through live chat support. The best feedback and the best bug reports earn rewards!
